Shoulder epaulettes - pink tull gather for this puffy shoulder sleeve.
Top - made from Warbla, glitter, iridescent paper hearts .
Top skirt - is 2 5” ruffled pink ribbon sewn together in an asymmetrical pattern.
Bottom skirt - is pink tulle sewn as a bubble skirt and then a second layer rectangular in shape to create an longer asymmetrical pattern.
Shoes - pink boots were purchased on AliExpress.
Accessories - pearls.
