OOAK Doll Customs: All Sales are final.
Exception - Damaged OOAK Doll by Carrier
If your order arrives damaged, please email rjartdesign@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will begin the claim process with the courier. If courier approves the claim I will offer the buyer a 30% refund. Buyers keep the doll. If claim not approved no refund will be offered.
Incorrect Address - OOAK Doll Customs
No refunds are issued if a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If returned to sender, I will contact buyer for correct address, there will be a re-shipping fee incurred. Re-shipping cost will be a flat fee of $50.00
If the package is not returned (misdelivered by carrier due to wrong address), no refund or replacement will be provided.
Please double-check your shipping information carefully before ordering.
Print on Demand
All artwork is printed and shipped directly by us. Once artwork is printed No Refund will be issued. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong artwork selection. You will have 24 hours from placement of order to change the order with no additional costs incurred.
Damaged Artwork by Carrier
If your order arrives damaged, please email rjartdesign@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will begin the claim process with the carrier. If approved, we will replace your selection(s)s at no additional cost to you. If claim not approved, we will offer a 50% refund to the buyer.

All products are print on demand to order. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
3. Damaged Artwork by the Carrier

4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are printed and shipped by us. Shipping times are UPS ground -7 business days. All orders will be shipped out once a week on Mondays. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and text on this website are the property of Ramon Jose Art & Dill Studio. You may not use our designs for any other commercial purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ramon Jose Art & Doll Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
